WHAT ARE PLASTIC BOXES AND WHAT ARE THEY FOR?

Plastic boxes, also known as crates or containers, are durable storage solutions perfect for homes and businesses. They're great for organizing, transporting, and storing items safely. Plus, they're ideal for packing fragile or easily shiftable items, providing added protection during moves or storage projects.

WHAT SIZES OF CRATES DO YOU OFFER?

 We currently offer one size of plastic moving crates, which is 27 x 17 x 12". This size is great for packing a wide variety of household items and is the perfect solution for many moving needs. Our customers have found this size to be spacious enough to fit a lot of items while still being easy to handle and stack.

DO YOU OFFER PACKING SUPPLIES?
We offer a variety of packaging materials including packaging paper, bubble wrap, and moving bags. You can explore these options in the Packing section of our website.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Step 1: Choose the number of crates you need.

Step 2: Send us a request specifying the start date of your rental period.

Step 3: Receive and pay the invoice we send you.

Once payment is confirmed, we guarantee delivery of the crates on the specified date.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY AND PICK-UP SERVICES?

Yes, we do offer delivery and pick-up services for our plastic moving crates. If you are within our service area, delivery and pick-up will be free of charge. However, if you are outside of our service area, additional fees may apply.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELIVER OR PICK-UP CRATES OUTSIDE YOUR SERVICE AREA?

Yes, we're open to considering delivery or pickup options outside our service area, especially for longer rental periods or larger quantities of crates. Each case is handled individually, so feel free to reach out to our office to discuss the possibilities further!

DO  I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR DELIVERY AND PICK-UP?

Your presence is needed during the delivery of the plastic crates to sign the rental agreement. However, for crate pick-up, you don't need to be present. You can simply leave the crates outside your home in a safe location, whether it's at your doorstep, entrance, or with the reception if you live in an apartment complex.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MISSED MY SCHEDULED CRATE DELIVERY/PICK-UP OR MY CRATES WEREN'T READY FOR PICK-UP?

Oops! If you miss your scheduled pickup/delivery or the crates aren't ready (and you didn't give us a heads-up 2 days beforehand), no worries! In these cases, there's just a small additional fee of $35 to help cover the extra logistics. Just reach out to us as soon as possible to reschedule. We're here to make things easy for you!

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL CRATES IF I REALIZE I NEED MORE DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD?

Yes, if you need extra crates during your rental period, there will be an additional charge of $0.25 per crate per day. Please note that additional charges of $35 may apply for extra deliveries within our service area. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact our friendly customer service team. We're here to help!

HOW CAN I EXTEND MY CRATE RENTAL PERIOD?

If you'd like to extend your rental period, simply let us know in the comments when submitting your request, or as soon as possible (no later than 48 hours before the end of your rental period) if you've rented crates before.

CAN I RENT THE CRATES JUST FOR A FEW DAYS?

You can rent plastic crates for just a few days if needed. However, in this case, you will still be charged for the minimum rental period of 2 weeks.

CAN I RETURN CRATES BEFORE THE DESIGNATED PICK-UP DATE?

However, if you'd like to return the crates earlier, we'll check our schedule and let you know if and when we have available pick-up times in the next several days. We can pick them up if slots are available, but no refund will be provided for the unused period.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LONG-TERM RENTALS?

Yes, we offer discounts for long-term rentals. Please contact us for more information on our discount rates, which depend on the quantity of crates and the rental term duration.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A CRATE IS DAMAGED OR MISSING DURING MY RENTAL PERIOD?

If a plastic crate gets damaged or lost during your move, you'll be responsible for covering the replacement cost, which is $80 per crate (120 per dolly), according to our rental agreement.​

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER / WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

If you need to cancel your rental order, please contact us as not later then 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund, and the full rental fee may apply. Read more...

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including debit and credit cards, and PayPal. So whichever option works best for you, we've got you covered.

DO YOU PROVIDE STICKERS AND ZIP TIES?

Yes, we provide labels and zip ties, based on the number of plastic crates you have rented (one zip tie and 1 sticker per crate). There is no additional charge for these items.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FEE FOR DELIVERY/PICK-UP CRATES UP STAIRS?

We charge a fee of $15 per floor if crates need to be carried up during delivery or down during pick-up. Please inform us in advance so that we can plan our schedule accordingly and ensure timely service for all our clients. And just a heads up, delivering 50 crates to the 3th floor might take a little while 😄.
